| How do I get my Squares Pool numbers for the whole season? | After the grid is sold out and the numbers have been drawn, go to any of the Weekly Square Sheets and click on your name. There will be up to nine sets of numbers on the sheet your name is linked to. It could be on the bottom row and you may have to pull down the scroll bar on the right-hand side of the screen. |
| Can I print all 17 Weekly Match Up Sheets at once? | The Commissioner can't figure out how to write a print routine to print all 17 files at once. If anyone knows how to do it, please tell her. |
| When I try to print something like the Weekly Match Up Sheets I end up printing the Contents Index on the left-hand side instead. | When you click on the left-hand frame to get a Weekly Match Up Sheet to open up in the right-hand frame, you then need to click somewhere on the white background in the right-hand frame and then you need to click on the printer icon. The right-hand frame page will then be the one that prints out. |
| Sometimes when I go to one of the Squares Pool Weekly Sheets or one of the Winners Pool Weekly Pick Sheets, I get the picture of the guy on the hour glass telling me he is still waiting, but the new sheets should be up by now, where is the new sheet? | Your system is "caching" an old page. Tell your browser to "refresh" the link. In Internet Explorer, you click View and then click Refresh or click on the icon that has the two green arrows on a white piece of paper. The newest version of the page will then be loaded onto your screen. (You'll have to be online for the refresh to work.) |
| What if I don't have internet access? | You need to let us know so we can fax your information to you. Otherwise we are assuming that everyone can get to this website on a weekly basis. |
| How will I know when the picks for the week are posted? | There will be a broadcast e-mail to those in the Winners Pool to let them know when the picks are up. |
| Once in a while when I click on a link, the page is unavailable. Why is that? | This is an unsolved problem. It happens rarely. We just re-click the link and the page comes up. |
| Can I invite other people to be in the pool? | Yes. We do want newcomers to have been referred by people who are already in the pool. We are on the web now and this site is not intended for people who don't know us or our circle of pool friends. |
| Why are your web pages so boring and why don't you list all the schedules on one page? | The pages are constructed to load within seven seconds while using a 56K modem. Therefore, the pages are mostly plain text with just a little color and a few pictures. Also the pages are designed to use one sheet when being printed, so the information displayed on them is kept to a minimum. |
