Established in 1976, SEBI has evolved into one of the most reputable dirt and pipe contractors in this area.

Our estimating department uses state-of-the-art bidding software to ensure bids are on budget, accurate and competitive, these programs; however, are only effective and valuable due to the experienced estimators that use them. With over 100 years combined experience and knowledge, our estimating department hits the mark on negotiated or hard-bid proposals.

You cannot be an effective contractor without a good field crew. The field crew is the center of our "Can-Do" reputation. Our supervisors are second to none in solving "on-the-run challenges." Everyday new details of each project must be analyzed to determine how to maintain efficiency, production and safety. Our field team has been involved in nearly every possible scenario and they are adept at problem solving.

The field is supported by our topnotch mechanics that keep the equipment maintained and productive. Our close relationship with our machinery suppliers saves hundreds of hours in downtime each year, keeping our projects on schedule.

Hitachi, Caterpillar, Volvo, John Deere, Vac-Tron, Vermeer, Ditch Witch and Trimble are all leading manufacturers of SEBI equipment. The heart of our Company is made up of excavators, scrapers and trenchers. The support equipment includes graders, loaders, rubber tire backhoes, compactors, dozers and water trucks.

The field is supported by our GPS Total Station, laser grade control and two estimating programs - Terramodel and Bid2Win. We match the constant change of technology by continuously upgrading our equipment which allows us to be at the forefront of the construction industry.
